biography
Gerri Ann Siwek is a visual artist living, creating and teaching in Regina, Saskatchewan. She studied at the Ontario College of Art and Design, the Art Students League of New York and the University of Regina. She creates in various media: drawing, painting, collage, assemblage and installation. She works in series exploring themes of the supernatural and the pseudo-sciences and has created room, window and mobile installations of her multimedia artworks. Currently, Siwek is exploring magical, in-the-moment encounters with nature in her mixed-media paintings and encaustic prints.
